Teacher Feedback from Kids Creating Community Content (KC3) Contest:

“The contest worked well and was very well organized, thanks to you!”

“Every time I asked, you responded ASAP. That's very helpful.”

“I never felt as if I was going through the motions without any help or anyone's willingness to listen. You always responded to any call or e-mail.”

“I know it was difficult for you, but the scheduling for the final projects was a "breeze" on our side -- you were able to accommodate our preferred dates and times and that made a big difference.”

“Even with the problems of a new program, you kept me informed and occasionally nudged towards a deadline we had not met.”

Personal Award:

International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Special Interest Group for Telelearning Online Learning First Place Award presented at National Education Computing Conference (NECC), 2008

The winning project, KC3 (Kids Creating Community Content) was sponsored by TANDBERG and the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC) to challenge middle and high school teams to develop and present an engaging and dynamic videoconferencing program about their community. Each team researched and developed an informational live videoconferencing program on a topic relevant to their community. Their program was presented to another school and team of judges.
