A Tip from CILC: Custom Catalog
In a recent survey, CILC discovered that a number of site coordinators were unaware of the following Two Free Services:
- The Website Assistance Toll Free number
- The Custom Catalog
- What is It? 866-302-CILC (2452)
- Where can I find it? It is located in the very bottom menu bar of every page on www.cilc.org. See below:

- When is it available? From 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time
- Why would I use it?
- Get my lost/forgotten CILC PIN and/or login/password
- Change or add to the sites represented by my PIN

The Custom Catalog
Now you can have an up-to-date catalog—whenever you need it—containing only the information you want!
I. Access the Custom Catalog feature on www.cilc.org
- Go to the homepage
- Click on Catalog to the right of Search a Category: see below:
II. Enter your initial search criteria.

III. Select options you would like to see in your catalog.

IV. Choose Discipline Types and/or Topics

V. Choose the Audience Type or Grade Level

VI. Select the items to appear in your catalog

VII. Look for a special URL where you can visit your catalog anytime OR
click the Create Custom Catalog for Printing button.

Suggestion: While you have the option to search for any date range, you might choose just one or two months at a time, as new programs are continually being added to the database.
